We all know that there are several types of energy and they all wield a great power over people, in a positively or negatively way. Have you ever past by this situation?

You’re happy but suddenly someone approaches you and all your joy and excitement are gone. This situation is very common. We feel like being totally drained, or even in a less intense way, we get tired or with a headache, as if much of our energy had suddenly evaporated. Another common situation happens when we go home and feel a loaded and heavy room.

People that deal directly with the public are more susceptible to this kind of energy. The experiences we live day by day accumulates in us a load of mental and emotional energy that isn’t always positive. We absorb energies from friends and even strangers. Sensitive people absorbs even a greater burden of energy without realizing.

We carry with us a baggage that isn’t ours and we start pouring it slowly into our home, at work and to the people around us. This negative energy we absorb from others may cause you to act differently so you can’t recognize your own attitudes, causing hurt, resentments and irritations. That’s why it’s important to evaluate the quality of your daily energy and to eliminate any unnecessary baggage.

- In the morning, before leaving the bed, put yourself in comfortable position
- Close your eyes and takes one or two calm and deep breaths
- Imagine and visualize a pretty, white and shining light. This light approaches you, forming a circle around your body. In this light there is only positive and loving energies
- Visualize your body protected by this circle, which is forming a block. No negative energy has the power to penetrate in the circle.
-Thus, you will be protected all day.

I practice and recommend this exercise for many people. At the beginning, you might not seen the light. Don’t pressure yourself, just keep on doing this exercise. With time and practice, you will be able to see and feel the light.
